I made this almond and pepita trail mix the other day, and all I can say is this: Mind. Blown. This is an extremely simple mix, but it is SO tasty! ROASTED ALMOND AND PEPITA TRAIL MIX
- 10 oz. bag of raw almonds
- 10 oz. bag of raw pepitas
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. Coconut Aminos
1.) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2.) Spread your almonds and pepitas out evenly on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
3.) Remove from oven and add the olive oil and coconut aminos. Stir to coat evenly. Place back in the oven and bake for 10 additional minutes.
4.) Remove from oven. Allow to cool and transfer to an air tight container.
