Wow!  This soup is AMAZING!  I got the recipe from the following pin, then made a few changes to it to appease my own taste, and I am now crazy about this soup!

Most soups and stew that include ground turkey have more of a mexican flavor to it (enchilada soup, chili, etc.), but the italian flavoring of this makes it different, and that is why I love it SO much – it’s delicious!  As you will see from the ingredients list, this stuff is packed full of nutrition and is great for this time of the year when there’s a lot of “yuck” going around.  That along with it’s delicious italian flavors makes this soup a big winner in my book!
