Okay, if I’m being honest, this has more of a summer flavor to it, but sometimes having something that feels “summery” can help with winter blahs! This smoothie is so yummy and good for you! STRAWBERRY LEMON GREEN SMOOTHIE
- 2 stalks of Celery
- 1 BIG handful of Spinach
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 lemon, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 cup whole frozen strawberries
- small chunk of ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 5-10 ice cubes
1.) Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
2.) Pour into a glass and serve
